This membership enables judges to activate and manage an official, role-based record in the Global Directory of Flute Excellence during their term of service.

Membership Term

1 Year (Annual, Non-Renewing by Default)

Complimentary activation available until March 1, 2026 for the current judging cycle.

What This Membership Includes

Includes photo, professional bio text, website, email, and social links.
Editable at any time during the active judging year.

✅️ Judging Panel Role Designation
Clearly marked as Global Flute Excellence Awards Judge for the corresponding year(s).

✅️ Judicial Recognition Badge (Annual)
A role-based badge indicating participation in the judging process (distinct from Honoree status).

✅️ Standard Visibility in the Directory
Included in searches and listings.

✅️ The profile is fully editable during the one-year term.

What Is Not Included

After the One Year Term Ends:

The Judge listing is archived and removed from public view. It is no longer accessible or editable.

No automatic renewal. 

Judging is a responsibility. This membership records that responsibility — for one year.

Official Documentation for Flute Almanac Authors

Reserved exclusively for authors whose articles are published on Flute Almanac.

This role-based membership enables authors to activate and manage their official author profile in the Global Directory of Flute Excellence during their period of active contribution.

Membership Term

1 Year (Contribution-Based, Non-Renewing by Default)

Publication of at least one article within a 12-month period grants one year of Author Record Membership.

Publishing an additional article during the active term extends the membership by one additional year.

What This Membership Includes

Includes photo, professional bio text, website, email, and social links.
Editable at any time during the active term.

✅️  Author Role Designation
Clearly marked as Flute Almanac Author for the corresponding year(s).

✅️  Author Recognition Badge (Annual)
A role-based badge indicating published authorship.

✅️ Standard Directory Visibility
Included in searches and listings.

✅️ Editable Profile During Active Term
The profile remains fully editable for the duration of the one-year term.

After the One-Year Term Ends

If no new article is published within the 12-month period, the Author listing is archived and removed from public view. It does not remain visible or accessible in the Directory.

Authors may choose to transition to a standard Directory membership if they wish to maintain an active, editable professional profile.

Authorship is contribution.
This membership records active participation — for one year.
