ABOUT STEFÁN RAGNAR HÖSKULDSSON
Stefán Ragnar Höskuldsson, one of today’s most distinguished flutists, was named Performer of the Year 2024 at the Global Flute Excellence Awards.
Recently appointed Principal Flute of the Berliner Philharmoniker (2025), he is internationally acclaimed for his brilliance, elegance of tone, and artistic versatility.
His career has included principal positions with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, as well as an active career as a soloist and chamber musician across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
