Held in Uelzen, Germany, the International Friedrich Kuhlau Flute Competition is one of the world’s most respected competitions dedicated to flute chamber music. Named after composer Friedrich Kuhlau, a champion of flute repertoire, the competition offers categories for solo flutists and a wide range of ensembles.
Open to musicians of all nationalities, this prestigious event celebrates collaboration, artistic excellence, and innovation in flute performance.
