Eduardo Tami is a renowned Argentine flutist, arranger, and composer, celebrated for his artistry in tango and other popular musical traditions of his country.
He studied at the Juan José Castro Conservatory under the guidance of distinguished teachers Alfredo Lannelli, Raquel Arana, and Ljerko Spiller. Over the course of his career, Tami has released more than seven albums, consistently showcasing the flute as the central melodic voice. His concert tours have taken him to conservatories and universities across the globe, sharing Argentina’s musical heritage with international audiences.
Compositions
Tami’s catalogue includes two rhapsodies, a string quartet, and multiple works for piano and flute. His compositions draw on a wide range of genres, including candombes, tangos, milongas, chacareras, zambas, chamamé, choro, and other folkloric styles, always infused with a distinctive Argentine character.
Highlights
